読者の皆様へ

こんにちは、株式会社ランゲージ・キャリア・サポート「英語の仕事
.com」キャリアカウンセラーの田中理恵です。

今週は雨の日が続き、気温もぐっと下がりましたが、皆様は体調を崩
されていませんでしょうか。私の同僚は気温の変化に付いていけず、
風邪をひいてしまい、毎日苦しそうにしてます。電車の中でも、時々
マスクをしている人を見かけます。私も風邪をひかないように気をつ
けたいと思います。季節の変わり目で体調を崩しやすい時期ではあり
ますが、どうぞお気をつけ下さいね。話は多少ずれますが、私は雨音
が好きで、雨の日は嫌いではありません。雨音を聞くと、気持ちが落
ち着きませんか？ただ、洗濯物が乾かないのが難点ですが・・・　今
朝も洗濯物を部屋干しして出勤してきました。近頃は部屋干し専用の
洗剤もあり生乾きの嫌な匂いもしなくなりましたが、夜に疲れて帰宅
した時に洗濯物でいっぱいの部屋を見るのはあまり気持ちの良いもの
ではありませんね。明日はパーッと晴れてくれたらいいのになぁ・・・

では、今後も共に頑張りましょう。(*^_^*)

Dear Readers

Well, it has really cooled off this past week.  I like cold 
weather so this is much more liveable, but unfortunately I also 
seem to have caught a cold with the sudden drop in temperature.  
cough...cough...

The National Hockey League (NHL) season started the other day 
so I guess I will be a little busier especially on the weekends 
listening to NHL Radio.com and following all the game results.  
This year the clubs from Anaheim and Los Angeles started their 
seasons in London, England as part of the league's efforts to 
further promote itself in Europe.  Maybe one day we might see 
official league expansion into Europe.

This Thursday evening Colin Barey's Business English Seminar will 
be taking place as usual.  This week's topic will be business 
writing techniques in English, so if you are interested in 
joining, please give us a call.  As usual, there are a few new

　　　　　リンクを持って行き、シートの上に座ってピクニック気分
　　　　　を味わえ、とても楽しい時間を過ごしました。花火を見る
　　　　　のも今年はこれで最後だと思います。また来年が楽しみで

Rosters are finalized and the hockey season has started!  
The long summer wait is over!  I see that Carey Price, 
the phenom rookie goaltender who led the Junior Team Canada 
squad to a gold medal at the World Junior Championships, 
cracked the lineup for the Montreal Canadiens (albeit as a 
backup goalkeeper).  Playing in the city of Montreal where 
hockey is a religion, and players are constantly under the 
microscope, I wish the rookie good luck.  By the way, any 
hockey poolies out there?
