For most people, this might be nothing to worry about, but in the UK and other western countries, this is an important milestone as it is said that the best years of one’s life are finished. I started to make a list of all the things I wanted to achieve by the time I reached this milestone. So many things remain unachieved, such as writing a novel and traveling to every country in Europe. I decided to give myself another five years with which to achieve my dreams. So, the best years of my life may not be over just yet. Regardless of how old you are, how many of your dreams remain unfulfilled? It was Pete! チッチッ… 10秒… チッチッ… 20秒… チッチッ… 30秒…はい、時間です！！ ◆ブライアン先生の解説 模範解答： It’s on the tip of my tongue そして、その他の僕のサンプルアンサーと解説です～～ 1) I’ve forgotten the word but I know I’ll remember it soon 2) I will say the answer very soon People often have trouble recalling information or the answer to a question, even though they know the answer. Usually, the answer is fairly simple, so remembering it can be frustrating. The meaning of the idiom is identical to the two example sentences above.
