Contents: The framework of reading and the importance of Sight Word   
Vocabulary in the early stage of reading will be shared. The presenter   
will walk through a variety of teaching materials and demonstrate   
how to build a reading program which all students can enjoy and   
be successful.  
内容：”Sight Words” はReadingのファーストステージではとても重要です。 
アメリカの子供たちも使っているワークブックとリーダーを通して、最初の　
READING経験を楽しく、また、生徒たちが自信を持てるようにSight wordsの 
効果的な学習方法をご紹介いたします。

Contents: It is always a challenge for teachers to find the books which   
match the students' reading levels and the interest levels at the same time.   
Participants will be introduced to a wide variety of fiction and nonfiction   
titles at all levels from Scholastic and Children's Press & Franklin Watts.   
内容：フィクションやノンフィクションなどさまざまなトピックとレベルのなかから、
精読や多読にお勧めのリーダーやシリーズをご紹介いたします。

Studied Reading Instruction in the US. Has experience teaching children   
in Japan and the U.S. Currently introducing English teaching and reading   
materials as a Scholastic Educational Consultant. 
米国大学にてリーディング指導専攻。アメリカと日本において英語教育に携わる。
現在、スカラスティック教育コンサルタントとしてインターナショナルスクール、
英語学校から小中高大学まで幅広くReading教材を紹介中。
